As the organizers of one of the largest student-run hackathons in Southern California, HackSC seeks to inspire and empower the next generation of tech leaders. We are more than an ordinary hackathon organization; we are building a creative, collaborative, and innovative platform where the brightest minds come together to turn their ideas into reality.

Every line of code, every pixel in a design, and every idea can change the world, and we are accomplishing this through our carefully crafted events and experiences focused around technology and innovation. The role:

If you have a detail-oriented mindset and an affinity for planning events, then Operations with HackSC is the right place for you. We organize the scheduling of each event and pick the perfect venue to make HackSC’s events as smooth as possible. Join HackSC as an Operations coordinator on our team! Who you are:

• You are detail-oriented and understand how to balance many commitments at once
• You are able to work well even when upcoming events become fast-approaching and stressful
• You have some applicable experience for planning events and logistics
• You are passionate about HackSC’s goals and want to see their events thrive
• You love collaborating with people and working in teams
